• TJ Pro Services LLC Residential Agreement  for Services

This document serves as a binding agreement between the property owner, hereby identified as “client,” and TJ Pro Services LLC and its agents, owners, employees and subcontractors, hereby identified as “Company,” for the execution of services in exchange for payment for residential power washing services.
 

• Permissions​ 

 

Client or his/her agent agrees to allow Company on the property for the purposes of cleaning services. Client understands that there is no set timeframe for the completion of services and several visits to the property may be required. Company also has the permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs prior to the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.

Client agrees to allow company to utilize their residential water source via outdoor spigot, which will be turned on and easily accessible on the date of service.

• ​Acknowledgment of Risks and Releases of Liability​

 

Power Washing uses a combination of high-pressure wash and soft wash systems to clean your home as gently as possible; however, damage can still occur due to poor maintenance, neglect to the property, and/or low-grade building materials. Clients ensure that their home’s materials are able to be power washed. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their property has been maintained in accordance with its manufacture’s recommendations and any defects or areas of concern are repaired prior to washing to insure a watertight, surface. The Client assumes all of these risks and takes responsibility for any damage that occurs due to faulty materials or non-watertight doors, windows, electrical outlets, appliances or any patio furniture or other personal property not removed from the work area prior to service.

• Window Cleaning

 I understand that window cleaning is a separate service and that Power Washing does not include window cleaning. We will power wash the windows to wash away lose dirt.
If you would like window cleaning, please reach out to us to discuss, or choose this as an add-on when reviewing your quote.
Client agrees to release the Company of any or all liability for injuries sustained due to equipment placement to include injuries from tripping/falling, striking equipment, falling debris or equipment

• House\Gutter Wash Acknowledgement

   

Client understands that any blemish or flaw or any existing oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning. Vinyl and aluminum sided homes as well as aluminum gutters that have not been maintained or has sun exposure will be susceptible to oxidation. Signs of oxidation are as follows: chalky white powder on siding and the clear luster removed. Please understand, if your home suffers from oxidation, you may see this difference after cleaning. When a home is covered with debris, those blemishes may not stand out as much as it would be after it has been cleaned. Most of the time those issues are pointed out to the client during estimate inspection or during cleaning process. Client understands that TJ Pro Services LLC may not find every flaw and is not responsible if it is more noticeable after wash unless it is found to be of negligence on our end. Client also understands if we do a site unseen estimate based off provided photos or use of google maps, that we will not be able to note any flaws in exterior surfaces. If we do a site unseen estimate, client understands we are not responsible for any unacknowledged flaw and will do our best to point this out at date of cleaning. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the siding.

• Client Responsibility on The Day of Service:

​

1. Water spigots must be activated and accessible.

2. All windows & doors must be shut tightly.

3. Pets must be kept inside during service.

4. Clear the work areas of all flags, doormats, vehicles, patios furniture, potted plants or sensitive materials from the areas being washed. (If not removed TJ Pro Services LLC  will not be responsible for any damage to Items left in the work area)

• Exclusions

• The Company is not responsible for any damage due to cleaning solution intrusion. While every effort is made to prevent this from happening, bad seals around windows and doors and cracks in concrete foundations can make this unavoidable.

• The Company is not responsible for the rare “fogging” effect that happens to multi pane windows with bad seals.

• This agreement to provide services is in no way a guarantee that stains will be removed completely. The Company does strive for a 100% customer satisfaction and will work with clients when this does not occur.

• Notify the Company when signing this agreement if there are any surfaces on or near the home that cannot have any form of detergent on them. If the company is not notified of this, The Company is not responsible for any ill effects to any surfaces regarding this matter
